ALA Promotions and ABS-CBN Sports’ Pinoy Pride X Official Press Conference @ EGI Resort and Hotel

On December 8, 11 AM, at the EGI Resort and Hotel, the main featured fighters of the Pinoy Pride X card, together with their respective trainers will be gathered together for the official press conference that will be attended by highly-reputed media figures. This forum will be an opportunity for the Filipino and foreign fighters and trainers to discuss what tricks they will be employing on the fight night on December 10 at the Hoops Dome, Lapu-Lapu City.

The press conference will also be an opportunity for the fighters to see their respective opponents for the first time.

With only three days left before the fight night, and with the foreign fighters already in Cebu, ALA Promotions and ABS-CBN Sports, the promoters of Pinoy Pride X, along with partner brands Cobra Tunay na Lakas Energy Drink, Summit Natural Drinking Water, SM Super Malls, KIA Motors Cebu, Radisson Blu Hotel, EGI Resort and Hotel, Harold’s Hotel, Meal Time Food Factory, as well as Pacific Mall Mandaue, MAYA Mexican Restaurant, MOOON Café and ABACA Resort are feeling the same heat, intensity, and excitement fight fans feel about the upcoming matches.

The new addition to the ALA Promotions roster of fighters and reigning Philippine Light Welterweight Champion Romeo “Jako” Jakosalem will be engaging in a battle of national champions when he goes up against Korean Light Welterweight Champion Pan Soo Kim for the vacant OPBF Light Welterweight Championship.

Reigning OPBF Flyweight Champion Rocky “The Road Warrior” Fuentes will be fighting for an even higher ranking in the four major boxing organizations and will hopefully have a shot at the world championship title by next year. In Pinoy Pride X, he will be facing WBC International Silver Light Flyweight Champion Lookdiaw Tor Buamas of Thailand.

Fast-rising Super Bantamweight prospect from the Philippines Genesis “Azukal” Servania and his Mexican counterpart Marcos “Geraldito” Cardenas will be staking their undefeated records on the line when they face each other in the ring for a ten-round bout.

And for the main event, Rey “Boom Boom” Bautista will be facing Mexico’s certified knockout specialist Miguel Angel Mendoza in defense of the IBF International Featherweight Championship and hopefully for a chance at the world championship.
